Items and using them

It's now possible to collect items and use them via the user interface! At present there is only one collectible item, a key on the first level that will open a door that is randomly in the middle of a room in the same level, pretty simplistic but ready to be expanded. As an easter egg (mistake haha) you can (at present) collect the stairs too, which renders them unusable permanently :P
